Schreiber Starling Whitehead Architects has experience in training and operations facilities, including planning and programming for the Snohomish County Emergency Operations Center, the City of Seattle EOC, the City of Seattle Departmental Back-up Operations Centers, the City of Bellevue EOC, and several National Guard Readiness Centers which are both essential facilities and designed to UFC anti-terrorism standards for force-protection.
