Our goal has been to assemble a very talented and professionally focused staff and keep them. We strive to avoid becoming a firm with a revolving door where people come and go with projects. Our horizontal integration and collaborative design process give staff the opportunity to experience and develop skills in all areas of practice. The open and creative work environment we provide, where staff are challenged to do their best and are appropriately rewarded for doing so, is the key reason we enjoy average staff tenure of over nine years.
Starling Whitehead & Lux Architects is an equal opportunity employer. In addition to a great working environment and opportunities for ever increasing responsibilities, we offer competitive salary, employee medical and dental, life insurance, short-term disability, and other benefits. SWL Architects is a small office in downtown Seattle, working in the public sector in Washington state. develop and maintain project schedules;
assure the efficient and effective execution of project tasks;
coordinate cost estimates and alignment with available funding;
serve as an owner and consultant team contact;
