From our founding in 1987, Starling Whitehead & Lux Architects has been providing almost continuous planning and design services for community and technical colleges, and other institutions of higher education.  For these projects we have demonstrated a consistent focus on quality design and service to all of the institutions we are privileged to call clients.

In addition, our civic experience runs the spectrum of project types and sizes including planning, predesign, budget requests, minor repair, minor remodel, major replacement, and new construction for local, state, and federal organizations.  Our planning expertise includes facilities analysis and planning for campus-wide infrastructure systems, campus traffic and parking needs analysis, and regulatory approval management.
