Starling Whitehead & Lux Architects' experience with civic facilities ranges from designing interior improvements in existing buildings to new Community and Council Chambers.  As specialists in public-use facilities, we understand the importance of multi-functional spaces that can adapt quickly to support the wide range of use typical in community governance and support.  From our work on numerous municipal projects with cities and counties throughout Washington state, we have developed an understanding of the unique programming needs of these facilities and what allows them to meet the needs of the public and the staff members who use them.
