When the sun is out, the architects will roam! SSW enjoyed a beautiful summer day by taking a trip to West Seattle via the King County Metro Water Taxi for an extended lunch-break.

After a blissful trip on the water taxi, we enjoyed lunch at Marination Ma Kai under a clear blue sky with views looking towards the downtown skyline. It took some coaxing to get everyone on the water taxi and back to the office, but the views of Mount Rainier on the trip back across Elliot Bay made thoughts of work on the return ride a little more bearable.

The jury is still out on productivity that afternoon, but there was nary a hungry stomach to be found!
